We are a group of certified, classically trained, like-minded chefs whom desire to bring the tastes, flavors and experiences of world cuisine to a relaxed setting.
What's With The Name?
There is an old parable of a pig that completely wanted something so intensely that, even though it was out of reach, he let nothing stop him from obtaining that which he desired. So he sprouted wings and flew towards his goal. We follow this tradition. “When pigs fly” does not mean something is unattainable. It means that if you want something badly enough, nothing will stop you from achieving it. “
